WorkOrders App - A contractor service app with full backend. Sales reps enter and track company leads from initial prospect through to estimate, quoted job and finally sales status. Technicians pick up these sales on a listview by category and navigate to jobsite.
Mapping- Allows for both sales reps and laborers to navigate to job sites. As well as all company suppliers. For small contract work provision is made so that only 1 laborer or team will claim any given job. So that the only jobs on the board are active ones.
Sales Reps - Track lead progress from initial Open Prospect status through all stages of the sale. Database with all previous customers allows sales reps to re-qualify old customers and keep track of all current sales leads. Sorts by job category.
Company Customers - Previous customers are accesible through database server so that for contractors that have repeat annual business with same customers can rebook previous customers for the current seasons schedule.
Prospect Entry- A contractor enters new leads for sales team to claim. Sorted by category initial pricing, job details as per client requests are entered in a description field. The prospect item can be edited right up until finally posted as a sale.
Jobsite Navigation- All leads/sales are shown relative to the users location with closest being listed first. Alowing for easy and efficient navigation to customer destinations. Sorted by job category and listed by proximity to driver.
